At PARADISECOWBOY, we strive for perfection in every stitch. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refined return process tailored to our western heritage quality.
Returns & Refunds: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Upon inspection, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Beyond this window, our team begins the hand-crafted preparation of your piece, and cancellations may not be possible.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to guarantee the safe arrival of your return.
Cancellation Terms
We value your business and understand that plans can change. You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet been processed for shipping. Once an order has entered the fulfillment stage, cancellations are no longer possible. Please note that personalized or custom-made PARADISECOWBOY pieces are exempt from cancellation and cannot be refunded once production has commenced. To request a cancellation, please reach out to our dedicated support team immediately with your order details.
